Capstone Commercial assisted a buyer when the Golden Coral sold the building. Then we found the current tenant (Winking Lizard Tavern), and most recently we sold the property with the tenant in place to another buyer. It isn’t uncommon for us to work on a property multiple times be it finding new tenants or new purchasers when a seller is ready to sell.
